1、提高電焊設備及線路的絕緣性能。使用的電焊設備及電源電纜必須是合格品，其電氣絕緣性能與所使用的電壓等級、周圍環境及運行條件要相適應；焊機應安排專人進行日常維護和保養，防止日曬雨淋，以免焊機電氣絕緣性能降低。

2、當焊機發生故障要檢修、移動工作地點、改變接頭或更換保險裝置時，操作前都必須要先切斷電源。

3、加強作業人員用電知識及自我防護意識教育，要求焊工作業時必須穿絕緣鞋、戴專用絕緣手套。禁止雨天露天施焊；在特別潮濕的場所焊接，人必須站在干燥的木板或橡膠絕緣片上。

4、禁止利用金屬結構、管道、軌道和其它金屬連接作導線用。在金屬容器或特別潮濕的場所焊接，行燈電源必須使用12V以下電壓。

5、施工人員在操作時，必須穿戴好各種勞保用品，如工作服、工作帽、手套、腳蓋等工作服不要束在褲腰里，腳蓋應捆在褲腳筒里。

5. Construction personnel must wear various labor protection equipment during operation, such as work clothes, work hats, gloves, foot covers, etc. Work clothes should not be tied around the waist of pants, and foot covers should be tied around the leg of pants.

6、在焊接和切割工作場所，必須有防火設備，如消防栓、滅火器、砂箱以及裝滿水的水桶等。

注意事項：

1、嚴格按照焊機銘牌上標的數據使用焊機，不得超載使用。

2、應在空載狀態下調節電流，焊機工作時，不允許有長時間短路。

4、工作時，焊機鐵心不應有強烈震動，壓緊鐵心的螺絲應擰緊。工作中焊機及電流調節器的溫度不應超過60°C。

5、加強維護保養工作，保持焊機內外清潔，保證焊機和焊接軟線絕緣良好，若有破損或燒傷應立即修好。

6、定期由電工檢查焊機電路的技術狀況及焊機各處的絕緣性能，如有問題應及時排除。
